7-Day Return Policy – No Questions Asked

• You can return products within 7 days of delivery.
• This policy is not valid on items over ₹1,00,000 and for customised/engraved jewellery.
• The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, with the original invoice and certificate.
• All returns require approval from the Quality Check department at our Head Office.
• Only one return is allowed per product purchased.

7-Day Exchange Policy

• You can exchange products within 7 days of receiving them.
• This policy is not valid for customised/engraved jewellery.
• The product must be unused and returned in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, with the original invoice and certificate.
• All exchanges require approval from the Quality Check department at our Head Office.
• No fees will be deducted for exchanges.
• You will receive store credit equal to your product’s value, which must be used within 1 year. It cannot be used for gold coins, silver coins, or bars.
• Only one exchange is allowed per product purchased.

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

Lifetime Policy

Lifetime upgrade policy:

• Firefly offers you the option to upgrade your jewellery at any time
• The original product can be exchanged for a new product(s) with a value equivalent to 200% or more of the prevailing market rate of the old goods
• In this case, the value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows
• Metal – 100% of the prevailing market price
• Diamond/ Gemstone – 100% of the prevailing market price 
• Making/ Labour – 100% of the purchase price
• The Lifetime Upgrade Policy is available for Customised/ Engraved Jewellery.
• Values are calculated excluding the discounts, taxes, and shipping charges
• There will be no other fees charged 
• The customer will have to pay an additional 100% or more of the calculated value upfront, and then they will get a store credit for this value, plus the calculated product value. This credit must be utilized within 1 year, and cannot be used for gold coins/ silver coins/ bars
• The product returned should be in good condition and not damaged or showing any signs of alteration

Lifetime exchange policy:

• You may exchange your jewellery anytime in the future.
• The value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows
• Metal – 100% of the prevailing market price
• Diamond/ Gemstone – 100% of the prevailing market price 
• The prevailing market price for Gold, Diamond & Gemstone will be determined by The Company
• In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.
• Values are calculated excluding discounts, making, certification, taxes, credit card and shipping charges
• For Customised/ Engraved Jewellery, there is an additional restocking fee of Rs 999/ pc
• You will get a store credit based on calculated product value, which must be utilized within 1 year, and cannot be used for gold/ silver coins/ bars
• The product returned should be in good condition and not damaged or showing any signs of alteration 
• Along with the product we require the invoice and certificate

Lifetime buyback policy:

• We understand that you may prefer to return your jewellery and opt for our money-back policy 
• In this case, the value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows
• Metal – 100% of the prevailing market price
• Diamond/ Gemstone – 85% of the prevailing market price 
• The prevailing market value for Gold, Diamond & Gemstone will be determined by The Company.
• In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.
• Values are calculated excluding discounts, making, certification, taxes, credit card and shipping charges
• For Customised/ Engraved Jewellery, there is an additional restocking fee of Rs 999/ pc
