How the Firefly Sparkle Plan works

FAQs

  • Any person subscribing to the Firefly Savings Plan should be 18 years of age or above, and must be a resident of India.
  • Multiple plans can run simultaneously; however, they cannot be combined for a single purchase.
  • The scheme can be redeemed for a bonus after payment of 6 instalments. Bonus will be credited to account 1 month after the last instalment.
  • Bonus value is calculated as follows - 6 instalment = 100% bonus, 7 instalments = 117% bonus, 8 instalments = 133% bonus and 9 instalments = 150% bonus
  • In case you wish to redeem your paid amount before 7 months, the same can be done without any bonus from Firefly Diamonds. The accumulated amount will be added in your profile which can be redeemed against any studded Firefly Jewelry.
  • Redemption is valid for in-store as well as online purchases.
  • Lifetime buyback and exchange policies are applicable for jewellery orders, however the Firefly contribution will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange and Buyback values.
  • For 7 day returns, the used voucher amount will be refunded back into a profile balance again, with the same validity period as the original amount. In case, refunded is requested, the same will be done post deducting Firefly contribution.
  • Redemption is also valid for all products with store-wide discounts, however the same cannot be clubbed with any individual discount coupon, gift voucher or additional discounts.
  • Pay on or before your due date (7-day grace period)
  • Missing 2+ payments cancels the plan (amount added to profile without bonus)
  • Advance payments allowed, but redemption only after maturity
  • Payments can be made at any of our stores or online
  • Instalment amount cannot be changed once the plan is in motion
  • In case the customer decides to cancel the instalment plan, the same can be done by formally communicating to Firefly Diamonds. The accumulated amount will be added to the profile for redemption (without any bonus) with a validity of 60 days.
  • The instalment amount is not refundable.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel and refund the money towards your Firefly Savings Plan instalment if there is any discrepancy in the details submitted by you, if you do not submit valid ID proof within 30 days of enrolment, or if you breach the terms and conditions. In such cases, the amount paid by you towards the subscription will be refunded via direct transfer to the bank account or UPI ID provided at the time of registration.
  • In any case whatsoever, we will not pay any interest on the instalment amount.
