for upgrades, exchanges or returns we require :

  • Original Product in good condition
  • Original/Copy of Invoice
  • Product Certificate
  • Valid Government ID Proof of the person making the request
  • Original Packaging (in certain cases)
  • Original tag (in certain cases)

How To Return:

1. lifetime upgrade policy:

  • Firefly offers you the option to upgrade your jewellery at any time
  • The original good(s) can be exchanged for a new good(s) with a value equivalent to 200% or more of the invoice value.
  • Original good(s) will be valued at 100% of the original selling price (excluding taxes and discounts)
  • There will be no other fees charged 
  • The product returned should be in good condition and not damaged or showing any signs of alteration 
  • Along with the product we also require the invoice and certificate
  • If the return is via shipment, the Product should be packed and sealed securely to avoid any damage in Transit either bubble-wrapped or in a small padded box. If any damage is caused to the product during shipment due to the Customer’s negligence, the customer is liable for this
  • The Lifetime Upgrade Policy is not available for Customised/ Engraved Jewellery.

2. lifetime exchange policy:

  • You may exchange your jewellery anytime in the future.
  • The value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows
    1. Metal – 100% of the prevailing market price
    2. Diamond/ Gemstone – 90% of the prevailing market price 
  • The prevailing market value for Gold, Diamond & Gemstone will be determined by the company.
  • In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.
  • Values are calculated excluding the making charges, certification, taxes, and shipping
  • The product returned should be in good condition and not damaged or showing any signs of alteration 
  • Along with the product we also require the invoice and certificate
  • In case the return is via shipment, the Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in Transit either bubble wrapped or in a small padded box. If any damage caused to the product during shipment due to the Customer’s negligence, the customer is liable for this
  • In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, we can either deduct a proportional amount or return the jewellery safely to you
  • The Lifetime Exchange Policy is not available for Customised/ Engraved Jewellery.

3. lifetime buyback policy:

  • We understand that you may prefer to return your jewellery and opt for our money-back policy 
  • In this case, the value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows
    • Metal – 100% of the prevailing market price
    • Diamond/ Gemstone – 75% of the prevailing market price 
  • The prevailing market value for Gold, Diamond & Gemstone will be determined by the company.
  • In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.
  • Values are calculated excluding the making charges, certification, taxes, and shipping
  • The product returned should be in good condition and not damaged or showing any signs of alteration

4. 7-day return policy:

  • Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. In case you wish to return the products, you can return the products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product/products. 
  • The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as you had received it, in its original packaging, with the original tag attached and the invoice.
  • The product will be refunded 100 % of the net purchase value to your payment method within 21 business days of receiving the product.
  • If purchased in-store, the product must be returned to the same store
  • If purchased online, please contact customer support at Support@fireflydiamonds.com we will arrange for the order to be  collected from the provided address through our delivery partner
  • In case the return is via shipment, the Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in Transit either bubble wrapped or in a small padded box. If any damage is caused to the product during shipment due to the Customer’s negligence, the customer is liable for this
  • A Nominal fee of Rs.999 will be deducted for logistics and restocking fees
  • The 7-Day Return Policy is not available for Customised/ Engraved Jewellery
