General Terms and Conditions
- The following terms apply to all our return, exchange, buyback and upgrade policies
- Firelab Diamonds Pvt. Ltd, hereinafter referred to as ‘The Company’ reserves the right to modify these policies at any time and the company decision will be final
- Any material policy changes will be made on our website at https://fireflydiamonds.com/all-policies/
- For all returns, exchanges or upgrades we require the original customer, product, invoice and certificate
- All policies require approval from Quality Check dept. at head office
- The product returned should be in good condition and not damaged or showing any signs of alteration
- While normal wear and tear is expected, suitable deductions are applicable, upto 100% for excessive wear and tear, damage, or stone defects.
- The prevailing market price will be determined by the company
- Gold prices are based on the market rate
- Diamond, colour stone prices are based on The Company selling rate
- If purchased in-store, the product must be returned to the same store
- If purchased online, please email us at support@fireflydiamonds.com, and we will advise you of next steps
- If the return is via shipment, the Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to avoid any damage in Transit. If any damage is caused to the product during shipment due to the Customer’s negligence, the customer is liable for this
7-day Return Policy, No QUESTIONS ASKED
- In case you wish to return the products, you can return the products within 7 days of delivery
- This policy is not valid on items over 1 Lakh, and not valid for Customised/ Engraved Jewellery
- The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as you had received it, in its original packaging, with the original invoice and certificate.
- All returns require approval from the Quality Check dept. at head office
- Only 1 return will be allowed per product purchased
7-day EXCHANGE policy:
- In case you wish to return the products, you can exchange the products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product/products.
- This policy is not valid for Customised/ Engraved Jewellery
- The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as you had received it, in its original packaging, with the original invoice and certificate.
- All exchanges require approval from the Quality Check dept. at head office
- No fees will be deducted for this exchange
- You will get a store credit of your product value, which must be utilized within 1 year, and cannot be used for gold coins/ silver coins/ bars
- Only 1 exchange is allowed per product purchased
lifetime upgrade policy:
- Firefly offers you the option to upgrade your jewellery at any time
- The original product can be exchanged for a new product(s) with a value equivalent to 200% or more of the prevailing market rate of the old goods
- In this case, the value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows
- Metal – 100% of the prevailing market price
- Diamond/ Gemstone – 100% of the prevailing market price
- Making/ Labour – 100% of the purchase price
- The Lifetime Upgrade Policy is available for Customised/ Engraved Jewellery.
- Values are calculated excluding the discounts, taxes, and shipping charges
- There will be no other fees charged
- The customer will have to pay an additional 100% or more of the calculated value upfront, and then they will get a store credit for this value, plus the calculated product value. This credit must be utilized within 1 year, and cannot be used for gold coins/ silver coins/ bars
- The product returned should be in good condition and not damaged or showing any signs of alteration
lifetime exchange policy:
- You may exchange your jewellery anytime in the future.
- The value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows
- Metal – 100% of the prevailing market price
- Diamond/ Gemstone – 100% of the prevailing market price
- The prevailing market price for Gold, Diamond & Gemstone will be determined by The Company
- In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.
- Values are calculated excluding discounts, making, certification, taxes, credit card and shipping charges
- For Customised/ Engraved Jewellery, there is an additional restocking fee of Rs 999/ pc
- You will get a store credit based on calculated product value, which must be utilized within 1 year, and cannot be used for gold/ silver coins/ bars
- The product returned should be in good condition and not damaged or showing any signs of alteration
- Along with the product we require the invoice and certificate
lifetime buyback policy:
- We understand that you may prefer to return your jewellery and opt for our money-back policy
- In this case, the value of your old jewellery will be calculated as follows
- Metal – 100% of the prevailing market price
- Diamond/ Gemstone – 85% of the prevailing market price
- The prevailing market value for Gold, Diamond & Gemstone will be determined by The Company.
- In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.
- Values are calculated excluding discounts, making, certification, taxes, credit card and shipping charges
- For Customised/ Engraved Jewellery, there is an additional restocking fee of Rs 999/ pc

- Along with the product we also require the invoice and certificate
PRODUCT ASSURANCE POLICY:
- Any manufacturing defect in the product is covered for 12 month after purchase
- We will also offer free repairs for any minor damage to the piece
- This will be processed after review by our Quality Check team
- The product should not show any signs of alteration by any external party.
- Along with the product we also require the invoice and certificate to process the repair
- This will not cover diamonds that have fallen out of the piece
We reserve the right to modify these policies anytime, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website
