For any Life-Time Exchange, Buyback or Return Policy we shall require the following:

• Original Product in good condition
• Original/Copy of Invoice
• Product Certificate (If physical)
• Valid Government. ID Proof of the person making the Buyback/Exchange Request
• Original Packaging
• Original tag

How to return:

• Call our Customer Care to confirm once your return package is ready so we can arrange the courier accordingly.

1. Lifetime Exchange Policy

• Exchange your jewellery anytime in the future.
• The company will give credit at 100% of the prevailing market price of metal PLUS
• The company will give credit at 95% of the prevailing market price of diamonds
• Making charges will be deducted
• Taxes will be deducted
• Maximum value of product will be INR 2,00,000
• In the event the item is damaged, or missing stones or certificates, proportional amount would be deducted from exchange value
• Nominal fee of Rs. 1500 for logistic purposes.
• New order(s) shall be shipped in exchange within 21 days after receiving the Original Product.
• Shall not accept any jewellery which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweller, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified.
• Product returned should be in good condition and not tampered/damaged, else eligibility for exchanges will be void.
• In case of any discounts given during the original purchase on the metal and stone value, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.

2. Buyback Policy

• The company will buyback the product at 100% of the prevailing market price of metal PLUS
• The company will buyback the product at 75% of the prevailing market price of diamond
• All colour stones will be deducted
• All making charges will be deducted
• All taxes will be deducted
• Nominal fee of Rs. 1500 for logistic and restocking purposes
• Shall not accept any jewellery which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweller, and all benefits towards the product will be nullified
• Product returned should be in good condition and not tampered/damaged, else eligibility for buyback will be void.
• In case of any discounts given during the original purchase the equivalent amount will be deducted from the item when given for buyback
• This scheme is not applicable for custom-made products
• This scheme is not applicable for products over Rs. 2,00,000/-

3. Refund Policy:

• Product once returned under the 7-day policy (from the date of product received) will be refunded 100 % of net purchase value in your payment source within 21 business days of receiving the product.
• In the case of the 7-day Money-Back policy, a Nominal fee of Rs. 1500 for logistic purposes which will include the shipping charge and restocking fees.
• The 7-Day Return Policy is applicable only on available jewellery and NOT on Customised Jewellery.
• Shall not accept any jewellery which shows any type of alteration done by any third party jeweller, further all benefits towards the product will be nullified.
• The product returned should be in unused condition and not tampered/damaged, else eligibility for returns will be void.
• In case of any discounts given during the original purchase on the metal and stone value, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the market value.
